Graduation run

I've done it!

It took me 37 mins to complete the 5k run but I just kept going.

Listening to Sarah pushing me along definitely helped, so keep going everyone. I've even registered for my local park run.

My breathing is still quite heavy and on my Fitbit app it tells me I'm running at 90%peak so I'm aiming to reduce this.

My calf muscles are aching abit this morning but my next run isn't til the weekend.
