I ran for 20 minutes!!! Arghh!! It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t stylish but it was running!! I averaged 7.10 per k, is this ok? I’m not sure if that is really slow? I hope not as I don’t think my legs can carry me any faster! 😂

7.10 per K is an excellent time for your first 20-minute run, most people who do that run are +8K on average including me, looking back on that run which was about 3 weeks ago my app says that my average pace was 08.40/km.

I was a bit nervous before I ran W5R3 but once I had completed that run I felt very well, as far as the first run of week 6 day 1 I had been warned that catches out many people so I took that extra carefully and like the last run of week 5 it went without any problems. This morning I am on R1W9 a half hour run.
