Wk 5 in the bag

Talk about from one extreme to another. Run 2 was on a very cold morning (-1 in the wind) and today the temperature is in double figures. Ran the last 10 into the wind which wasn’t helpful, It definitely gets into your head but if you stick with it you can do it 🤗

Congratulations to you TeapotTaylor on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾✔️✔️

Well-done, the wind in your face sure makes it harder to run

well done you I’m two weeks behind so hopefully my temperatures will be warmer and that always helps

Agree with the wind / how come the headwinds never seem to turn into tailwinds?

Over halfway 👍

The tailwind probably helped me up the hill 🤣 I’m now having a few days off. I’m spending the weekend with my daughter for belated birthday celebrations and won’t get the opportunity. I will next be out on Monday so you’ll catch me up a bit. This time of completing 9 weeks seems to be going a lot quicker

If it seems quicker there’s a mental tailwind working for sure! 👍😂

well done! I find it so much easier to run in these temperatures rather than last week’s icy ones.

I’ll take the 10 degrees wind over freezing conditions! But yes, tailwind would be even nicer, right?
