Who'd believe I would miss running!

Last week my right leg began hurting in the warm up walk, W4R2 btw. Ran the 3 minutes and it eased but pain came on as soon as I got walking. Next run 20 seconds in had to stop and turn around. Limping back. Pain up through the perineal muscle and tendon. Have been resting and stretching. These were badly damaged with all the ligaments years ago. I just really miss the process of running, the mental challenge as well as the physical. I thought breathing would be hard being so unfit, not a foot. I found I use the outside of my foot. Had gait analysis and after many trainers got a pair that felt really great. Just want to get back to this.
