I’ve had a few runs like that. Try not to dwell on it as your next run might be more enjoyable:)

It is, I’ve been there and felt awful about it. Best advice I would say is go again. My next run was always much better :)

Bad runs and good runs and average runs. You will face them all and you will come to know that this is all part of being a runner :)

Yes I've had runs like that too. I struggled with W7- just completed W8 & found it (not easy) easier. I think my brain is finally realising that I'm in this for the long haul. Well done for getting out there & getting through it. Hopefully you will find W8 better. Good luck & keep on running.
