Typing this during my walm down walk after w5r1. Can’t actually believe I’ve made it this far! I was certain I was gonna give up after week 2 but so proud I’ve made it here and quite comfortably too! Learnt that a lot of my success and ease of runs is directly linked to my playlist so I think I’m just about there with the perfect one until I decide I don’t like a song anymore!
