Never thought I’d make it this far! When I checked the forecast yesterday it was overcast and about 14/15 degrees, it was all lies!! The sun was out and it was 19 degrees, so I was a little slower than I have been. Also I ran on grass for the first time which I think was a little slower. But thrilled!! All I can say to anyone doing this, is don’t give up, it is hard and challenging, but we all have it in us xx

I would like to try that, but I feel I need a few more 30 min ones first. I am managing 5km in just over 31 mins, but I’m also finding it hard. My daughter ran a 10k for charity in April and wants to do it again next year, so who knows......🤔😘
I graduated in March... then broke my toe and had to have 6 weeks off.. awful. Back at it though. Did over 10k Saturday just for the fun of it 👍😁🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done!!!! I feel I need to do some more before moving on. I can run 5k in just over 31 minutes, which I am pleased with, but finding it hard. Although I haven’t run since school and I’m months away from turning 50 😂. So there’s some life in the old dog yet!! 😘
I graduated 4 weeks ago and am still doing 30/40 minutes 3 times a week in anticipation of doing Race for Life on 30th June 😀 I caught sight of myself this morning in the reflection of a bus stop and I actually looked like I was running not just doing a fast walk 🤣🤣 well done again xx
