Was so eager this morning ..I got up at 5 am

And set off on my journey ...Not one single person or car did I see ...Great run so looking forward to graduating next weekend I am making my parkrun my last run of the programme so ..Can someone please shine up that podium for me next week ...Happy days ...Enjoy your runs each and everyone of you 😊😊😊

Thank you ...I rise early but certainly not that early .. it's definitely change my behaviour for the better tho ..I just woke and thought I'm not tired let's just go Myra ..So off I plodded lol ...😊😊
