I found out a lot. 1. I am so unfit 2. Wear clothes that donβt fall down 3. Do not wear a sweat shirt π swap it for a sweatband!!! πββοΈ. 4. 60 seconds feels like 2 minutes! 5. carrying oxygen would definitely be an advantage 6. A water bottle is hard to open when brisk walking. But hey! I DID it and if i can, anyone can !!! πββοΈπ.
I am now in the recovery position trying to stop my hands shaking while i try and open a banana ( Michaelβs suggestion before downing 500ml of water π¦) lol π
