Well wow. Definitely a learning curve ! Remember to change coach. Michael Johnson was a tad ambitious lol 😂.
I found out a lot. 1. I am so unfit 2. Wear clothes that don’t fall down 3. Do not wear a sweat shirt 😂 swap it for a sweatband!!! 🏃♀️. 4. 60 seconds feels like 2 minutes! 5. carrying oxygen would definitely be an advantage 6. A water bottle is hard to open when brisk walking. But hey! I DID it and if i can, anyone can !!! 🏃♀️😆.
I am now in the recovery position trying to stop my hands shaking while i try and open a banana ( Michael’s suggestion before downing 500ml of water 💦) lol 😂
