Don’t go too fast and know that you can do it - everyone feels the same, but it’s great when it’s done! Good luck

Keep it slow & steady - only way I got through it - enjoy 😊

Mostly just take it slow! It's daunting, and 20 minutes seems like such a huge step up, but just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you'll get there. And when you do it feels amazing.

It’s the step up from 8 minutes... I’ll let you know!

Did mine on Wednesday after putting it off for a while, certain I would never do it - but I did. It seems a huge jump from 8 minutes to 20, but the programme has been training you for this. Believe in it - you CAN do it (and you’ll feel so amazing and proud when you do!). Best of luck!

I did this one last week (actually thought easier than wk 6 run 1 = which is less time 'jogging') Just go for it, try not too think about it, or clock watch..... put some good tunes on. Good luck

Music does seem to help, and not looking at the clock

I did this yesterday - was worried but put some good tunes on my phone and went for it - slowly and steadily. It was fine and felt great at the end. You’ve prepared for this as you have done the rest of the programme up to this point and it works. Good luck and don’t stress about it too much. You’ll be fab! :) 🏃‍♀️ 😉 🍀

Just completed mine I was so like you scared stiff. But I remember someone telling me on here. You'll find it easier than the walk in between. Keep to a slow pace, breathing should be easier and becoming more natural enjoy it its a big achievement when done.

Go for it. Put some good tunes on and keep it steady. I did this on Thursday, never thought I could do it, but it was fine. Good luck! 😊

Mainly “don’t be scared stiff”. (Even though we all probably were!)

Just go slowly. You are ready for this run, that’s why it’s there. Enjoy it.
