Music for the couch to 5K

Hi, I have never downloaded music to my phone before, and am struggling to find where the music is on the app to download - please could someone help a newby? Thank you

Itunes? Or download on your computer and then transfer to phone? You could even use your own music that way

There's no music on the app, so you can use your own. But if you use the podcast then music comes with it.

To download music to uour phone then as pigivi says you could use a pc to download your own music from cd & transfer it to your phone or you could use itunes, google play, spotify etc.

.I cant run without music but If i ever achieve anything remotely techy on my phone it is entirely by accident. I have i tunes on an old i pod, but an android phone so i was genuinely surprised when music turned up on my phone app (or was it a podcast? who knows! ) anyway..it was random music, but i assume stuff that my kids had listened to on i tunes at some point. It made me laugh when i went from The Killers to "Do you wanna build a snowman?" from Frozen, I sighed when some old rubbish my husband had listened to came on, i even got a voice re cording i made entirely by accident where my son found a dead pigeon! that was quite hard to run to! But the same stuff turned up run after run. My running buddy got "The Adamms Family"!! so i count my blessings! happy running
