Help.... Need music.....

My phone doesn't have ability to play music or download podcast. Advice please as I think music would really help. I'm not very techno savvy!!!

I have bought my self an ipod shuffle, weighs nothing and I can down load Laura on to it relatively easily. I plan to use it on graduation with time running sound tracks.

im sure others will have alternative ideas

How are you listening to the C25K program while you're running?

I'm not. Just got clock set on my phone & do the times. Pretty lonely & boring which is why I'd like some music. Got no WiFi when out so apps don't work

All you need is a small, cheap MP3 player. That's what I started with. You can download the C25K podcast onto it, then when you have graduated you can put your own music onto it and you're off! You can pick them up from supermarkets or Amazonia etc for a few quid. You don't need an iPhone or even a smartphone of any description, honestly!

It's nice to hear Laura talking you through the runs. You will hear very mixed opinions of the C25K 'music'. Personally, I think it's a rite of passage and it's there to make you grit your teeth and get through the runs so you graduate
