It’s not a fail, cos it’s only a fail if you stop completely, but I don’t know what I was thinking!
I was in a weird place yesterday and I think I just needed to run? I was telling myself the whole time to slow down but the devil on my shoulder kept saying keep going you’re fine you can do this you feel great.
How many times have I made this mistake!!!

Thank you! Yeah I know I can do it cos I’ve done it before I just need to pace myself 🏃🏼♀️. I like the idea of it being a practise run.. I still got out there and got moving! Just too fast 😂
I think it's common to set off too fast in these longer runs of the programme. It is a fine balance, and a mistake I made a few times. You'll get used to getting your pace right. It wasn't a fail, just an experiment!

I think your pesky shoulder devil gets involved with that ‘have to run’ feeling too ☺️ I’m waiting until Friday for W5R3 in the hope that I can hit it with more energy but I know my trainers will be whispering to me tomorrow ☺️
