Running for oldies...... We did it!!!!!!!!

Graduated this morning, yay!!!! The first time I posted was in week 5, when I wondered if me and my husband could actually do this. Such a lot of support and great advice from this forum and here we are, at the end of week 9. The anthem, podium, medals, undying devotion from the crowds was absent but once we could speak we admitted to being ever so slightly proud.

Thank you everyone, I have enjoyed reading your posts and will continue to lurk around the site as I attempt my next challenge to actually run 5k.

Ps how do I get my badge???????

Great well done . My husband and I ( oldies too) and are on w8 r2 tomorrow. Hopefully aiming for 5k on last run but not certain. Happy running. Jo

Thank you.......I only managed 3.3 k in 30 mins. Good luck with your 5k , it will take me a few more weeks to a ieve that.
