Many congrats SW, and well done for completing it... a good feeling, eh? Come on up - the podiumβs a bit crowded this week with all of us newbie graduates, but thereβs room for a little βun
Thank you, can't believe I've finished π just looking back and in the 9 weeks I've knocked 2 minutes off my km, amazing how you progress without realising
That's brave of you, they do a parkrun on the trails near me, it's the thought of all the other people scares me ... I'm not a very sociable person which is probably why running on my own suits me πββοΈ
I'll still be running on my own... The other 400 people will be sprinting off into the distance while I shuffle along with the nice volunteer person who stays at the back π€£π€£π€£
An unexpected result of doing this is less wine and a healthier diet π€ it seems to make you think about your next run all the time.
As in, I'd best not have another 'cos I got a run tomorrow, can't eat that I'm running later. I've also developed an obsession with staying hydrated which means Ioads more visits to the ladies room π
Thank you, just noticed my badge has appeared π used to think those that had one were a breed apart, now realise we're all as sweaty as each other π
