Week9 run3

Firstly I must say thanks to everyone who posts on here. Knowing there is so many people doing the same has helped me so much over the last 11 weeks.

Today was the first time I hit the really sad face before a run. I was feeling tired and after spending Saturday in bits after doing my first park run I guess a bit worried about struggling today and so losing motivation. Well, Jo Whiley deserted me after 5 minutes (Think I now prefer that) and so i just ran away enjoying it all. Waited until id finished all the uphill bits till i checked my watch and I'd managed 38 minutes comfortably. There really is no rhyme nor reason to how you feel. Feel great and looking forward to my next run. Just got to find my next lot of motivation😁

Going to carry on. Just not quite decided how yet. Need to make sure I keep (mostly) enjoying it. At least I've now got a routine of running days to keep at. Still can't quite believe I've made it.

Hey that's fantastic. Works like that for me too sometimes - you don't feel ready for a run and feel it's going to go badly and - hey ho, you have done more than you planned! I slipped back a bit in week 8 and repeated some earlier runs - a 25 minute run turned into 30 minutes! You never know what you are going to get eh. :)

Well done πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ…
