Nice to see the same people (and the new ones) still so involved with the forum and still running! I relapsed back to a lazy couch potato, although in my defence my life was rather unstable as I moved back to China for study, and then to another part of China for an initially, horrendously busy job. However, I live next to a huge park, I've seen many people running there and fortunately the pollution isn't too bad in this part of the country... so I should get running too. I thought I'd swing by the forum for a dose of motivation (it worked).
As a side note (perhaps useful to some) I often get hit by General Anxiety Disorder, it comes on so badly that I can't breathe and collapse (it makes me hold my breath for some reason) anyway, my doctor kept saying that exercise is the BEST activity to help with this. It did actually go a long way to helping, and my new hobby/exercise also goes some way to helping with this (Kung Fu). Running is THE BEST though and really keeps the 'demons' away.
