just completed week 3 of Couch to 5K - got up at 6.15am to do so! I'm 60 and have decided I needed motivation from elsewhere in order to exercise so joined a couch to 5k group which runs once a week - the other 2 days I do myself. struggled with the 3 mins tho so not sure how I'll cope with 5 mins on Saturday. I feel at the moment that the change from week to week may need to be more gradual for me!

Wk4 R1 nearly killed me, but I did R2 today and the 5 mins was much more achievable 👍

Welcome LizLittle. I started at 60 too and thought exactly the same. But the programme is well designed and you will be amazed by your progress if you take it slowly. The forum is very supportive although I didn’t discover it until W7.
