Running on the spot

I have been attempting the Couch to 5k in my front room whilst baby asleep. Running on the spot and walking around my house in between. Sounds crazy but seems to work! Anybody else doing this?

Hi, I can't speak from experience but I saw no-one else replied yet! I am sure other people have tried this. Someone did C25K round their living room as they couldn't run outside where they lived and others have run round their house or garden.

But also there's been quite a few with small children - some people have running buggies!

Whatever you do you're off the couch good luck!
