Just spotted a C25Ker

Young lady in full, long running gear, big headphones on, walking purposefully into a park as I’m sat on bus heading to work.

Sending much moral support from afar.

Ladies, it’s hot, wear shorts!

The only Capri you’ll see me in is a 1970s/1980s Ford!

I had a gorgeous Capri. I loved my motor, having nearly cried when my husband unbeknown to me swapped my Escort for one I was horrified but loved it from the off. driving to work on winding country lanes in snow was always a Challenge though 😁

I don’t wear shorts either. Capris are made from technical fabric which doesn’t feel hot or hold onto sweat at all. You don’t notice em 😃

We're accelerating into "too much information" territory here!! I'm going off into the unchartered waters of W5R2 in a bit. Here's hoping for no "intimate chafing".... :-)

There is. Lycra undershorts. Not a chafe in sight.

Oooh too early for chafe talk...😜

You're now a Graduate. And therefore wise and always right!! I'll resist chafing. And try not to reach for the Emergency Jelly Babies....

Lycra undershort is a Capri only a bit shorter 😁

I have been sporting a skirt of late but only after dark Don’t want to scare the locals 😎

Cross dressing and I didn’t even realise. And I’ve invented the Mini Capri too!

Will you just go away and run around for a bit please! Far too chipper atm!! :-)

They don't make them like that any more....

For the sake of balance I think we should vote on seeing a picture of Jay in capris and Stephen in lycra shorts?

At that moment I swerve the car into a tree...

I was back in my full lengths after suffering a bite, which I was clearly allergic to. Still suffering, treating with Lanacaine 4 days later. About to prepare a post asking for prevention/treatment advice. Wish I could get back into Capris, so warm even at 8pm.

I got bit to flippin death on my first bare-legged foray across a corn field footpath. My legs look shocking! I had a two-pronged bite on my lower leg just like a snake bite 🙄. It’s a game innit 🤨

in reply tomisswobble

Hope you get some relief soon. A tiny bite site soon increased to a 6cm across hard circle and is extremely itchy, esp at night when I try to sleep. If only running was the worst of it!

Cider apple vinegar is the cure. Or at least comfort. The stuff from the pet shop not Waitrose
