Does running on the spot count?

I’m sure this is a stupid question but Ive woken up with a stinking cold and it’s tipping down outside. I can’t think of anything I would rather do less than try my first run of the week. If I do the 60sec jog and 90sec walk on the spot at home does that count or am I kidding myself. I don’t want to give up although I feel rotten but don’t want to set myself back.

Chill out and get better. Even a couple of days won't set you back. I always left two days between runs and I think I benefited from it.

Definitely just take a day to feel better, and it might be nicer tomorrow 🤞🏻

Don't feel guilty about not doing it, it happens to us all. Just concentrate on getting better then you can put more effort into it.

Just take it easy.
