Furst run of week 4 today and i was feeling a bit knackered, the weather was grim and i was wrestlibg with gremlins. But i hoisted myself out of the door in between showers. That first 3 minutes running was utterly grim and Enid popped up beside me and started her muttering. I caught myself thinking I'll never manage 5 when I'm strughling to run for 3.... Then I starting picturing some of Nilsam's drawing and just gave Enid a good talking to. In fact i screwed up my face and told her to f*** off ... I don't think I said it aloud.
But anyway i got there and after that first 5 min segment things picked up and i finished the final 5 feeling like i could carry on. Amazing! Got home with the biggest grin on my face. 😁😁💪💪🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🎖
