He is a 3 year old hungarian vizsla. Mad as a brush. Just back from sledging with the kids. He was chasing them downhill trying to get on the sledge. :)

It an old railway track in Glasgow Sandra. About a mile of tree lined pathway then you hit a looooooooooooonnnnnngggggg hill :)

Ooooh, my feet are itching just looking at that, would love to have a trot there......it's funny isn't it how you look at pathways in a different way with this running lark, I discovered an extended off road route a little while ago, that will make a perfect 10k route (we walked it New Year's Day) can't wait for the sloshy mud to go!

No snow in cambridge........

So beautiful....Maybe not running, but the exercise you get just walking in snow that deep, has just got to be good for you! :)

Is there room on the dreadmill for the dog as well then? No! Pity. That'll be you back out in the snow again then. A snowy trail in the woods such as that is just idyllic😊 Get some ice grippers for your trainers and you'll be sound. The soft snow does tend to clump under your feet a bit til it falls off, which feels a bit weird. Ice and snow forces us to slow things right down, giving us chance to take in the scenery ☺
