Feeling a bit sorry for myself, was so keen to do this but on W2R1 knees began to hurt, battled through R2 as thought might just be 'getting used to it pains' but got so bad at times I can hardly walk. Regular ibuprofen, paracetamol, ice, knee supports and a week later and they don't feel any better. Will Continue to look after them but disappointed I can't get out there πŸ˜ͺ

This happened to me earlier on ended up stopping for 2 weeks. Ice packs and pain relief gel. Started the app again with the right running gear running shoe's and knee support. I'm on w6r1 just completed. Hope your OK....?

Good to know you came back from it! My partner made sure I got gait analysis and the right trainers before I started so I'm not sure what's caused it apart from maybe the camber of the pavements? I'm still icing and taking ibuprofen and hobbling around. Fingers crossed it begins to get better soon. Just over a week now πŸ€ͺ. Thanks for your message x
