Such fun- 5k run!

I amazed myself. It was 6.30pm and 19 degrees so bit hot to run but I was feeling very out of sorts and didn’t feel like going to the gym so took it out on the pavements. I kept going to see if I could do 5k and am so shocked. I did it. A few seconds short of 40 minutes! I can barely walk this evening!! I MUST deserve some proper

I know, thanks for that. I was only gong to do 30 mins but just such a rubbish day I felt like keeping going. It did me good mentally but I will jusr do two short ones next. Prob 20 mins. It’s just so exciting. How are your new shoes? Do they delight?

New shoes are ace. Really comfy. I had the right one too tight this morning but I’ll get there.
