I've completed and graduated tonight too...great feedling or what? Well done! I only managed 4 k in the 30 minutes, but I don't care.. 9 weeks ago I couldn't run a minute without feeling out of breath! Got race for Life coming up, and I'm determined to run the whole 5 k

Well done sammy!!! It does feel amazing, I was reading some old posts and read one about me being shattered after the first 3 minute jog!!! We’ve come along way!!!

I reached 4.16km today..... so 5km is my target too 💪 we can do this!
