Today started using Strava so I can start to measure my runs, delighted to see an ‘ok’ pace as I had no idea what kind of pace I was going at. Feel delighted that I’m next at week 5, slightly apprehensive at the forthcoming 8mins but know I’m to trust the programme that has got me so far already!

Woohoo! Well done, Beccy! Pleased to see that you are feeling so positive. I bet you'll get to the 8min runs and surprise yourself by feeling like a WARRIOR!!! Go you!

That looks like a great pace! As you have walking in parts of your programme i assume this will slow the pace recorded, so you're doing great! Keep it up!

Ooo that picture takes me back. Sorry, totally unrelated, but I used to deliver to Roundhay Tesco’s when I drove for Stobarts and their delivery yard was hated by all.
Anyway, sorry about that 😂. 8.28 is an excellent pace! I’m in W7 and do 8 too. Keep up the good work! Well done! 👏
