I completed wk5 tonight. Canβt believe I ran for a whole 20 minutes and felt great. Iβm chuffed to bits. Never did I ever think that I would or could run for this length of time. Iβm astounded by how my fitness and stamina has improved so quickly by following this programme. Not only that but Iβm finally starting to feel good about myself too. Going to bed one happy mama tonight πͺπ

Yay!!!! I start week 5 on Saturday (got last week 4 run tomoz) and Iβm really hoping I feel the same away about stamina! Good luck with week 6!
