Completed 9 wks !! Amazed. Started off in walking boots & had push myself out of the house originally. But I’ve grown to love C25K . I’m actually sad to finish . And I managed 5k not in the 30 mins but 34 mins . It’s been brilliant. And thank you to all you fantastic supporters , encouragers , wise people on this forum . Couldn’t have done it without you !!! My face is v red & burning . My knees are seizing up . I’m still breathing deeply but I’m over the moon . 😆😁😄😃😀
