W9 R3 done - on a glorious morning! I also pushed to get 5k completed (i had to run through the 5 min cool down period to get it but so worth it!)
when i started this journey it was snowing and freezing cold - and i figured if i could get up and out in that i can definitely do this program. Now it is part of me - to get up at 5:50 am and get out there...no excuses & i love it!
I never ever believed i would be a 'runner' - it was always something i laughed off but look at me now. I am super proud of myself. This forum has been fantastic - i couldn't have done it without your support and advise and general reading - we are all in this no matter what stage we are at. Thank you all!
Time to get on to 10k and book a race
Good luck to everyone on here - you can do it!

Well done on graduating. , especially as you have run 5k too. I have yet to start week 9 but I’m sure I will be part of the 90% who will need to consolidate before going further 😎keep it up!
