I just completed my first run and actually quite enjoyed it! I feel like I've accomplished something, look forward to getting fitter and faster :)

I will follow in your footsteps soon. Just procrastinating: do I have my music, earphones and coach5k app ready, weather OK etc. Seems there are no more excuses available LOL...
