That nearly killed me - but I did it - just. Hope it gets easier and I eventually find the running ‘bug’ all I’m finding so far is ticks from running in the forest 😱😱

Practice. Try running on the spot and go slower and slower and slower. You will be amazed how slow you can go.

Yep slow down, I really overdid it at the beginning. Think pootling gently along. You’ll be fine. 😊👍🐌
