Starting Week 4 tomorrow. Any tips?!

Looking at week 4 there’s a lot more running and not much recovery time which is making us nervous. Any tips would be appreciated!! Have slowed right down which helped us complete week 3!

It’s more of that slowing right down. Go as slow as you can in the earlier runs, then go even slower in the later ones!

Most of the challenge is mental - you can do these runs, but your brain is trying to make you stop. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other until you reach the next rest period.

Literally just got back. I’m not going to say it was easy but I did it!!! Just pace yourself .... I felt like I was going backwards at one point but kept jogging. Did 2.2 miles with a split of 13.23 per mile so happy with that as a first go x
