Changed my mind week 2 run 1


I started week 1 last monday.

I was going to complete week 1 again instead of progressing owing to the pain last week.

Instead I did leg exercises before hand and took the extra minute to SLOW down. I covered the same ground as last week but I didn't overheat and no pain.

So glad I went for week 2...
