Just completed W9R1!
4.88 KM at a 6:31 pace (min / km). Hoping I can get up to 5 KM by the end of the week. Shattered but feeling great!

Well done! Do you count the whole distance including the warm up and cool down? Good luck with getting up to 5k but if you don't just congratulate yourself on the duration!
I didn't count the warm up but I did include a minute or so of the warm down.
Congratulations Gigabit, as I don't have any app with me apart from an app which tells me Distance, pace, actual time from start to finish and speed, I only count the part I actually run, for example, I did run 3 of week 7 this morning only with my normal watch, 25 minutes, however, as a little experiment, run 2 of week 7 which I ran on Saturday was run in the 25 minutes, at 3.1k distance, pace 0800/km at a speed of 7.5 km/h. This afternoon after a short break I rewalked the same route as I ran on Saturday, by walking at just normal pace I completed that in 40 minutes, 15 minutes more than Saturday, distance 3.1k pace 11.51/km at a 'speed' of 5.1 km/h, but what is most interesting are the calories I used for the walk and the run, run:-233 calories, walk:- 236 calories.
That’s a fast time which would show me a clean set of heals - well done.
That's so fast!! I am so so slow! When I graduate tonight- hopefully- I'll be nowhere close to 5k!!
Hi gigabit, just did my run the same as you, and can’t wait for the next two!
No where near as fast as you though, but think maybe my short legs are something to do with that 😜
