Pushed myself today to really up my pace and put as many KM under my belt in 30mins. Look at the difference between today and my run 2 days ago! Now I know I can do it, for the rest of C25K I am going to go slow and steady and enjoy the amazing achievement of running for 30mins. The future goal is to be able to do 5K in 30min. After reading all your feedback, I am going to work on my stamina now and then speed will just build up as I go along! Yey! Happy running!!

That's a big step up in pace. Well done.

On the home straight now.

Yes, great stuff! Nearly there! Remember to still go steady when you've graduated, build slowly on speed n distance and some hill work for stamina..😊
