Due to family commitments and childcare issues this morning I have had to postpone my first 30 min run of W9, however I did go for a quick 20 minute ish run so that I was still doing something. I wish I had had the energy and time to do more as it was perfect running weather, cool with a slight drizzle ππ
Hopefully will get to start W9 on Wednesday - maybe evening runs are gonna have to be my thing this week but don't know if will have the energy or enthusiasm to run at night.
Yeah, keep at it Looby, just three to go to the end now. Good that you managed to get in a 20m run, at least it keeps the momentum up and helps get those running legs ever stronger.
