Waited till cooler in the evening , put my 3 run songs on ( Mongolian throat singing , lonely goat herd and sister sledge !.. I know !! But they are like my lucky songs now ) and off I went . Knee pain gone, smiling the whole time. Can’t quite get my head round that I’m doing this . Not quick but am now bobbling along non stop for 28 mins . So good for my head . 30 on Tuesday !

Just finished week 8 too, only 3 to go. Amazing isn't it! Checking out a new route for wk 9 and hoping Laura doesn't tell me to go faster if I want, my shuffle is the best I can do!!
