It's a nice change, someone, using the word optimistic to describe run 3 or week 5, that is thinking positive, your day 3 run of week 5 will be fine. Many people on C25K describe their feelings about that run as 'terrified' scared, nervous and are asking for help because it's such a big step from the 8 minutes to 20 minutes in just 48 hours, I am so glad that you are looking forward to that run, enjoy.
