Did my first park run in ages yesterday ... the first one after completing the programme ! After a big night of rain it was muddy ! But the route is quite a varied one ... I completed it in 30 minutes so now to build up speed ... but was happy to get the results that I was 5th in my age category ! My PB three years ago was 28 minutes so something to work towards!
