The jump in W5

I did it!!! So chuffed with myself.

W5R3 is totally doable, I was looking forward to trying and then this morning I was a bit worried when Jo told me I was only 5 mins in but I managed it! I am running in 30 degrees so it’s a bit hot and I go slow but I did it, yay.

A good playlist is the best way through it.

Don’t give up, it’s absolutely possible xx

Congratulations first 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻and Thanks Lantau for encouragement. I badly needed that .

Did my w5r1 today somehow pull it through. Next run looking tough with 8 min run and the mammoth w5r3 ... but your success inspire us to keep going .

Thanks a lot 👍👍

I prefer 30F to 30C, neither temperature is really suitable for running, at least with 30f -1c all you need to watch out for is ice, congratulations for your run in that heat.

I live in Hong Kong but in a country park on a different island from the HK most people know. Heat, Humidity, Snakes and cows all in a normal day 😄

Blimey! I was out there as a baby in the mid to late 1960s, RAF child.
