Just had to share this with you because I haven't been this thrilled with my running since I graduated in week 9, but today I did 10k in.......(drum roll) one hour 4 minutes!

Considering that over Easter I did 9k in one hour 5 minutes, that's a really good improvement. :)

Definitely! To keep up that tempo for the whole time was quite new for me. I used my own music for 35 minutes and then switched to audiofuel when I felt tired, to keep the rhythm going.

Wow - brilliant and such an inspiration to those of us 'trailing' you...... I just did 7k in 1 hour 1 min which is a PB in so many ways..... great to hear it 'from the other side'!!
