Just the usual - take it as slowly as you can. There’s no prize for speed.
Expect to have a bit of a struggle in the first 10 minutes trying to get your breath and then a much calmer second half of the run. Enjoy it!
Run slowly and never doubt you can do it! Everyone feels a bit daunted by this run, but this is what all your previous runs have been making you ready for. That’s the beauty of this programme. You will feel so accomplished and pleased when you have done it. It’s a game changer, this one! 👏🏃♀️😁
Don’t think about it too much, as they say it’s your mind that says you can’t do it because your body actually can. I know because I did mine this morning in 30 degrees. Don’t think that you can’t do it, think that you will do it 🤩
No need to be scared. You have done the work that makes you ready for this run. You will be on top of the world when you complete it
