Week 1 Complete! ... again.

Just wanted to say how proud I am of myself for getting back to running. Around 7 months ago I rolled my ankle and caused my navicular bone to stick out of the side of my foot a bit more than usually acceptable. But now I’m on the mend and able to run again! I also had a fun phone call in the middle of the run; I had a job interview today and I didn’t get the job due to being overqualified. Nearly took the wind out of my sails, but I pushed on to get at least one victory out of today.

So how’s the program going for you lot?

Thank you for the kind words! Aye, I’ll get there eventually with both. I’ll have a bit of a wallow, then get right back to it on Monday.
