Nothing exciting to report just plodding on in my own sweet (slow) way. No idea if I'll be anywhere near 5k by the end but hey ho. Find that out in 3 weeks or so I guess. Either way feel better than I did 6 weeks ago 😎

Well done.

Ninety percent of graduates do not cover 5k in 30 minutes at graduation, so don't feel pressured.

Nothing wrong with plodding!! Finishing and feeling better about yourself is a fantastic result.

Repeat after me: "Plodders Rule!!"

I could feel my blood pressure dropping whilst I read that, and a smile came on my face :) It's really what it's all about for most of us, isn't it :) Just getting out there and doing something that is literally good for us - and good to us if we let it :)

You already seem to have a few happy miles behind you - and here's wishing many more in your future :)

It's not about the pace, 'bout the pace, 'bout the pace . . . . just runnin'

Sorry about the Meghan Trainor joke, but running for thirty minutes is the idea and by week 6 you're well on the way to achieving it . . . . So keep running or plodding what ever way you wanna do it!
