Just back from Wk 5 run 3.

Am 57 and not been running for so many years....but I now feel I can call myself a runner....feeling really chuffed with myself for getting so far but am concerned reading so many negative posts regarding Wk 6 run 1

Set my reminder for Saturday so will see how it goes

Congratulations for getting this far, you are a runner once you have completed week 6 run 3, officially, but unofficially as you say you are NOW a runner. Just take your time with Wk 6 run 1, take it nice and easy, that way you will enjoy that run, I found it no problem whatsoever, on Saturday I will be on week 7 run 2.
