Boast post (apologies to those struggling, I know how it feels to read boasting posts).
W7R2- today’s run felt sooooo good. If finally got to the point where I’m looking forward to going for my run.
But guess what! My 25min run felt great, so when Michael said I can slow down and start walking. I politely told him where to go and carried on for the last 5 mins making it a solid 30 min run.

Keep going and enjoy feeling your way with these runs now. Start slowly and let it build, if you have anything left near the end...do that extra spurt and finish in style. No need to add the extra bit on, but I can understand why you did,😆
