W8R2 done and I finally feel like I can actually run. Still have issues with getting my breathing right for the first 5 minutes but then it seems to sort it out. Did just over 4km today, so feel I am finally getting a bit faster and going a bit further. Any tips on breathing at the start of a run?

As daft as it sounds I try and think about something else. I find my music helps, and planning my breakfast 😀. If I don’t think about it my running and my breathing find their own natural pace.

Just keep plodding on. It’ll sort itself out soon enough. 👍🏽
