Just keep your pace slow and steady that's the advice I've been given and it's helped tremendously ..Good luck 😊

Hi Karen, Week 5 is just the next week, and one you are ready for...😊

Start your run nice and slowly, keep it steady. Head up, shoulders down and relaxed, arms at your sides swinging backwards and forwards not across your body...

Most importantly bring a positive mindset to these runs, believe you can do it and you will...

If you can pick a cooler time of day, early morning or evening and remember to drink plenty of water on non-running days as well as after your run.

Good luck.😊

Great advice here, don’t put yourself under too much pressure either, you’ve done great getting this far 😃

As Bluebirdrunner says.. the mantra is...slow and steady... and one foot in front of the other:)

Hello, I’ve just done w5 r1, and always run before breakfast. Then treat myself to squashed banana on toast sprinkled with cinnamon....

You can absolutely do this, just remember to go slowly & if you think you could be even slower then slow down some more! Trust the programme, if you’ve got to week 5 then you’re ready!!

I always run before breakfast. Just a glass of water and I’m out the door! Breakfast tastes sooooo good after an early morning run!!

Hi having completed and repeated week5 r3 my only tip is to concentrate on breathing. In doing that it seems the run goes faster plus I tend to increase my pace.

I'm on the same week pace yourself and you will be done before you know it
