W7 R3 what a difference a flat route and 16° makes!

Loved tonight's run. Am on holiday with the benefit of a nice promenade to run along. Ran faster and much easier. (Faster wasn't intentional...just a by-product if flatness!) I did wonder if i would make it at around 18mins of the run but then all of a sudden only 5 mins to go. When MJ said step it up a notch at 60 seconds to go i actually could! I need to move to the seaside 😎

Well done! I enjoyed a beach front run last Monday too. The way forward in the summer I think 👍🏽

Thanks. Really feel I might be able to do it after tonight!

I felt that after W5R3. As soon as I knew I could do 20 minutes, I absolutely knew I could compete the course. Up until then, the jury was out.

Yes I live by the sea and I almost feel guilty when I read everyone else tackling the hills. Not guilty enough to go looking for them though. 🏖😎
